I mean, really? Who swings a child by the ankles? "It was not immediately clear what sentence she could receive." Well, no - I wouldn't think there's been much precedent on this one..

How about swinging the mother repeatedly against a brick wall by her ankles? I bet she gets off; if it had been a bloke doing the swinging, he'd have got ten years. Who on earth uses a child as a weapon?
